Actually that list is ordered in a weird way. I don't understand why an issue goes further down the list with more analysts voting. I mean, if more analysts are covering a stock with a low average rating, then more analysts probably think it's crappy. So why doesn't that raise its place on the list, rather than lower it? (Anticipating obvious wisecracks: regardless of whether analysts are smart or dumb or right or wrong, a stock makes the list ONLY because, on average, analysts don't like it.)

If it worked that way, Sun would be much higher up.
