Today is crucial for ASND. The support is at 40. If the presentation at the conference is providing further support, 40 is the bottom and ASND should go up from here. Anything less than supportive from the presentation would help break 40 and there should be a free fall since I believe many have stop sell orders betwee 39 1/2 and 39 7/8. So watch the price movement closely.
