Heat pumps are about $5000.00 They provide electrical A/C in the summer and heating in the Winters. The heating aspect is not really great after the temperature outside drops to below 31.. The pump itself is outside. The changer and filters are inside. I have filters on in Fl. that prevent any dust,pollens from coming in the house. ALSO infra ray light that keeps mold or mildew from forming in the pipes in the house.... IMPORTANT in warm states. They are great for Florida.. That monitor heater is what you should check out. Really efficient .. What is it you want to heat or cool. Loved your cartoon... you find the most interesting things...(:)
