Yes, that's FA. Nevertheless, I don't know exactly how one determines whether the "fed is pushing" but perhaps this may be of some help. ny.frb.org

In any case, the bigger question is whether the market necessarily goes up in lockstep commensurate with fed pushes. I maintain that there's not a correlation accurate enough to hang ones hat on, although others feel there is. I think it's ultimately a matter of believing what one wants to believe.
