The rest of Africa has a level of government interference and incompetence most Americans can't begin to comprehend. My new neighbor is from Bangladesh. The other day my roommate and I were talking to him about Bangladesh. He was mentioning all the corruption and over-regulation that gets in the way of job creation. My roommate replied about the corruption we have here and how the US isn't so perfect. I don't think she really understood the level of difference between corruption, interference, and incompetence from government in a country like the US and many third world countries. (I know Bangladesh isn't in Africa but its relevant to the bad government idea we are talking about) Tim
