A crime imputes liability....we do not assess liablity without due process .....and there has been none in this case....in fact, it has not even been established that Ms. Plame is a person who would be covered under the specific law which was alleged to be broken....Rove may have simply told Novak that Plame worked at CIA which would not be a violation. My point is that these bile spewing morons like Junie Balloony have Rove convicted and hung without even knowing the facts and how they might apply or not apply in this case.... J.
