Thanx for the notice. Could you please summarize what the notice said about earnings. Was it for the 3rd Q (1/1/96-3/31/96) or the fiscal year? The reason i ask is that I just called (5:55 pm EST) TLTK and asked about an earnings release and she knew nothing about it. She said the last release was the updated quarterly release in late January...we already know about that one. If i can guess i assume it probably said about $1.7 million - the final litigation charge of $575,000 = $1.125 million. That will give us all earnings of $.14 for the last quarter. Course, there will probably be some more dilution from the present 8.169 million shares.
