I tried and it opens for me, a large sideways pdf file. You can find plenty by googling "richard b cheney financial disclosure statement".

Here's the disclosure rbc signed on 9-1-00 saying he owns tons and tons of HAL stock options but cal thomas claims he divested them before ther 2000 election. Somebody is lying.
