Bush promised to capture Osama then forgot about it for four years. If he is dead or not responsible for 9-11, then Bush would know and Bush would tell us. So far though, all I see is some kind of gross dereliction of duty on the part of our commander in chief. The #1 enemy in the world has not been gotten to, in fact we let him get away at Tora Bora, and we are bogged down in Iraq. As Al Qaida apparently morphs and grows stronger.
