(OTC-Pink Sheets: OSFT) today announced that it has now signed the definitive agreements to acquire, all of the "..nanotechnology.." assets of RES Inc., formerly Terra Solar Development Corp. and also of Accusealed of Hungary. This transaction was previously announced on January 19th, and has been approved by the Board of Directors of each Company. All required shareholder approvals were also obtained. Ergo: NNGY bought the R&D Department from Terra Solar. Also, someone's "..supposed inability.." to reach to HQ must be just a little bit bogus, also. The very recent trip to Canada by Dr. Kiss was a very "..personal matter.." having to do with a funeral; according to the HQ this afternoon. Obviously, the person who answered the phone at the HQ was trying to be both polite and dicrete when asked if Dr. Kiss was in on a particular day. "...Geeeeeeeeeeesh..", ...the lengths some people will go to to BASH apparently knows no bounds. John :-) .
