The pps pulled back up this afternoon, which would tend to indicate that buying (..as opposed to bailing..) is what's happening. If it had tanked - which it obviously didn't, ..that might have shown that some insider legal eagles had determined things were not well. I'm getting the impression that Shinn Capital (..which is not actually Shinn himself..) might have the rights to do some marketing, but HTDS owns all the assets and can therefore license and/or assign them to a Pharma JV partner; leaving Shinn Capital with nothing to market.... As the attorney remarked to the judge in that TV commercial, "..Mumbo..!?!. To which the judge furtively replied, "..Jumbo.."!!! Looks like *"..As the Stomach Churns.."* HTDS-style will get be getting high ratings for another two days..!!! "...Ha ha ha ha ha....... John :-) .
