Just read the latest end strength figures. DOD active duty end strength is down 10 months in a row. Army, Navy, USAF and USMC are all now below their authorized personnel levels. Army is down another 1,760 to make it 44,000 below their current authorized level of 532,000. FYI, Navy is below authorized level for third consecutive month. Navy is down for 10th consecutive month.
