Obviously my take was way off on OO this time, but that is what stop losses are for...............unfortunatately it jumped right over mine, Ha Ha Ha. Once again the uselessness of fundamental analysis is shown. Wasn't this the same company that said they were comfortable with estimates a few weeks ago? Unfortunately, TA was no help this time. OO threw a head fake, and TA went for it. Well, nothing is perfect. As for a lawsuit..........Get Real. If you want to play with the "big dogs" you have to get off the porch and run with them. And when you do that, you deal with the consequences, good or bad. Trying to sue someone everytime something doesn't work out the way you think it should is weak.
I wish I was as hopeful for those of you who are long term bulls on OO as grasshopper is, but I just don't see the sun. What I forgot to mention in my analysis last night, was that if it didn't break resistance, which is appears it didn't, we are still in a long and intermediate term downtrend. Now possibly a short term as well. Tennis shoes are not the answer to those problems either.
