The fact that we have not have had a grand attack is not evidence that none is planned. Osama and his henchmen are spending their time hiding in the mountains and picking their nits. We seem to have a group of ad-hoc cells of terrorists hiding behind the "Al Qaeda" name. After all anybody can put up a website and claim anything. Britain's problem is that their laws are designed to protect terrorists there. How Britain handles this in the future depends a lot upon the outcome of the present investigation.
