David: Becoming an experienced stockmeister, yet oh so fledgling, got another question for ya. I noticed in their yearly report that TLTK has a total of 100,000,000 shares authorized. From 9/30 to 12/31 the number creeped up to (millions) 8.169 from 7.486. Is this number going to continually go up and approach 100,000,000 or what? I don't get it and this seems like a question for you. Should we expect an increase of 9% of outstanding common shares every quarter. This means that an increase of diluted shares to 11.53 million (at that rate) by 12/31/96. This of course reduces all of our potential profit...thanx for answering in advance.
