"Is all her choice then gone?" She can choose to act responsibly. And all choices would be availabe to her that are available to ALL AMERICANS. No constitutional right to kill your fetus. Don't think that is really in the constitution, is it? Also note that many states will keep abortion legal. Might have to do a little travel if you are not responsible enough to care for what you created and you must kill it. Adoption sure is a good way to go btw.
