1. Bush saved the economy of this country from depression after 9/11.
2. Bush did all the right things post 9/11.
3. IMHO and this is what drives some folks here crazy, they have succumbed to hubris or what they feel are political necessities and are unable to admit errors or adapt policies when necessary in iraq.
4. No one hates Ted K and his ilk more than i do but there are some reasonable dem voices out there.
5. Military as in all wars is under control of the political. Hell MacArthur got fired for violating that principle. Mike has to accept this so he can just say military will protect only supporters of the policy he espouses.
6. I pray every day for a good outcome in the WOT and particularly in iraq. Yesterday was jarring for me as all the flashback images of 9/11 still come back to haunt me when this happens as i was at the WTC that day.
7. I hope Bush admin will be faster on its feet going forward.
8. I have nothing but respect for those who serve but this is a place for debate and Mike should be taken to task when he is wrong. No one else questions his views here or at least i have not seen it.

At work now and wrote this real fast so it might appear a bit disjointed. I hope it gives you a better idea of where i am coming from.
