Downtown San Diego is a completely different animal. HOV has at least 3 projects that I know of. Aqua Vista is a project that is about sold out but ... sdcondo.com HOV may be sitting on a multi million dollars inventory there indefinitely. There are only so many buyers for $1.7 million condos.
