Wow, you don't leave much wiggle room there. khe'hem ... le' me see. Could I, for example, love proverbs but skip over all those measurements in building the temple (It gets kind of bogged down on the cubits and such). The begetting and begotting stuff is also of little interest to me.

There is some information that may be intended as parabolic or symbolic but it reads as actual events. I figure to take that stuff as hear say for the moment, but consider the importance or wisdom of the message over the events themselves.

and, why does it have to be an absolute either or thing. Can't I leave some questions open in my mind and still be a believer while I seek further clarity?
