Dennis is a bad puppy; just look at how tight the center is. ssd.noaa.gov Guaranteed to disrupt Gulf of Mexico oil operations. It reminds me a lot of Ivan, big and on more or less the same predicted track, perhaps a bit more east than Ivan but more or less the same ultimate destination. Guaranteed to disrupt offshore oil in a big way. The recently repaired pipelines which were damaged by Ivan were not put back into full operation until early this Spring. They are going to get hammered again.
