It does, but with a down slopping neckline... may be not as reliable. So far the MU rally is a three-waver in the context of a larger down trend, but nevertheless it is a breakout... made today a new high, and took out its 200 dma. Needs to be watched... for as long as it stays above 11, it may be a good play.

MU has a special warm place in my heart -- will never forget how in 1998 I was closing out a bunch of puts at $6 each - purchased days earlier at $1. I really should have made a habit of that.
