"How black and white is the real world?" I was answering the question posed as a black and white scenario. I do not consider that scenario to be a case of torture as I understand it. "What happens after you apply the thumbscrews and find out the person was involved, but didn't know where your daughter was buried... Then I made a mistake and it was wrong to torture that person. "The press and liberals will tear you up for the act..." I should also be arrested and charged with a crime. I would ask for leniency under the circumstances and would hope to get it. I would not condone others doing the same thing to me, or you, if they suspected I knew something but they were wrong.
