Good news/bad news. First the good. Commander of US forces in Iraq says roadside bombs in Baghdad area are down by 50% and believes the terrorists are losing the ability to sustain their pre Constitution attack on the people. Bad news, Italy announced today it will begin withdrawing its troops in September of this year. Announcement came at end of G-8 meeting and claims not as a result of terrorists activity in London, however, timing couldnt have been worse. jdn
