In contrast, in war time, the combatants wear uniforms, and give name, rank, and serial number, and by international treaty, if captured are held in relatively humane condition until the war is over. Something else entirely. The main difference being that the uniform itself is evidence, but other than that I don't think it is really "something else entirely." What due process did POW's in WWI, WWII, Korea, ect. recieve? Tim
