The FUDster in the article is only interested in whether Intel can beat the rap. Truth is irrelevant.

Courtroom? I know it's a difficult thing to accept but it never got to court.

Yes, Intel pleaded no contest, therefore the charges are THE TRUTH. I have seen no credible explanation why Intel would let false charges against it stand, therefore, the logical conclusion is that the charges against Intel in Japan are true, and Intel is guilty as charged.
