I think, Len that a lot of fisher people use hooks that injure fish, such as hooks with live bait and artificial lures . The fish are injured so badly landing them that they would die if not taken home for a frying pan. Here there are requirements on the way a person fishes...hooks no lures and ony flies. The fish are therefore not impaired and are easily released back into the stream. We stock the two rivers a lot..There are big ones in there. Go to TwinRiversnc.com and view the one John caught.. A friend of mine.
