My brother just died of cancer Week ago Monday. Near the end of his life HOSPICE took over. They give you a cocktail of pain killers, mainly morphine I think, and he didnt really die in any pain. Also, if the family wishes it, they will care for you in your home or at a hospice center. His family cared for him as long as they could, then in the last couple days of his life he was moved to a hospice center. jdn
