Nixon was about to impeached for trying to cover up various unethical behavior by his dirty tricks division. Nixon had the decency to resign. LBJ had the decency to step down after we found out he lied to get us into the Vietnam War. Bush is guilty on both counts and a lot more. He should have had the decency to not run for re-election. But since he's so arrogant, we will make the decision for him by 2007 and remove him from power. Cheney will probably go first. Should be an interesting process. I wonder how long the rightwing will continue supporting this failed, unethical president. To the bitter end? You watch too, right after Bush leaves office he'll drop his exaggerated Texas twang, won't be seen in church for a long time and he'll get huge bonuses from Carlyle Group, Exxon and Chevron. If Enron were still around, they'd tip him too. Cheney will get his from Halliburton.
