The GOP has been hijacked by a far rightwing gang of Texas cheats, profiteers, liars, insider traders, pollutors, phony Bible belters, closet queens, dirty tricksters and gas gougers.
What's happening in politics today has nothing to do with the Dem party. Their hands are clean. They have also been relatively good sports despite being cheated out of much of their power by voter fraud, smears and fears tactics and outright lies to the American people.
The GOP has already begun a long process of putting the Texas gang back in its box. The judicial system will help as some of their top leaders may be going to prison, starting with their mastermind Karl Rove, but not stopping there.
You are living in the past if you believe the rightwing has moral or electoral authority anymore. They are a fast sinking ship. Within their own party they are losing dominance quickly. By 2008, if the GOP nominates a rightwingers, they will lose the election. If they nominate a moderate they may win. and they all know it now, or are figuring it out fast. |
