Depends on what you strike in Mecca... I mean, leave the Kaaba intact, at least for a starter and just prove your point by taking out something less important lower on their holy ranking list. Since (pseudo) religion seems to be such a big part of the current terror war against us infidels, I also have a hunch we need to hit back right in the heart of it which certainly leads to symbolic targets closely related to the Muslim religion.
