it's Bush's fault Clinton was a failure in the Balkans... First, there is no point to your criticism. If Iraq and Afghanistan were half as peaceful as the former Republic of Yugoslavia is now, there would be nothing to discuss. Secondly, what happened in the former Republic of Yugoslavia never once.....not even a little bit.......ever effected the well being of America like Iraq does.
