Delay's three top fundraisers have been convicted in Texas.
His legal problems have just begun.

Delay claims not to know what his fundraisers were up to but according to his close ally, lobbyist Jack Abramoff, Delay knew "everything" about where the money was coming from and where it went.

Delay also accepted a very expensive trip paid for by a Russian national oil lobbyist. That is highly illegal. Plus he paid his wife $500,000 from campaign contributions which is basically pocketing it himself.

Delay's biggest problems will become clear once the Texas prosecutor subpoenas the records of The Delay Foundation. Just wait. Follow the money.
