Petz AMD is asking for $50M from Intel, not from the Japanese OEMs. It is up to INtel to decide if they want the OEMs to be dragged to court. I'm sure you'll claim to be an expert on Japanese law but I think AMD will have to prove those accusations in Court. That means they'll have to drag those OEMs in. That is my guess. I'm sure you'll guess otherwise but claim it as fact.
