What country is he currently residing? Pakistan, probably near Cashmire. An Osama isn't running. Junior hopes he would run, because he'd be easier to detect. With half of the 100 billion that we spend in Iraq each year we could completely revamp mass transit to make it terror resistant, and provide transportation alternatives that would wean us off the oil.
