Hi all:

Everytime a tech stock starts to move from a long basing pattern, the "takeover" rumor begins to surface with full force. While I may eat my words, the odds of this rumor coming to fruition are not realistic...nor are they founded on fact.

From my experience, this stock is finally moving up because the sentiment on Wall Street for MACR is changing. Look at the volume activity at in the last hour trading...that's when the big boys play the field...and early in the day too. We've been waiting for this moment for some time...and now that it's here we're preaching takeover and insider activity. I doubt both. With so many analysts sitting on a "hold" rating, it only takes a couple to start the ball rolling...perhaps this is happening at the Solomon conference...or perhaps analysts have been in close contact with the Company over the past 30-60 days and believe NOW is the time to reappear? The pendulum has been stock all the way to the left...and now the momentum is moving it right...IMHO.
