Gangs are marginalized in this country. They don't represent a significant threat to our way of life or our economy. Every now and then they become a menace and resrouces are put into containing it again. Muslims terrorists have not been marginalized yet. Therefore, we have to pour resources into stopping them or better yet, force the Muslim rulers into a spot where they have no choice but to do it for us. I've got news for you dude. Al Qa'ida was less of a threat to us than our gangs just two short years ago.
