Is it just me or is the issues of transfer of technology bordering on ridiculous. 1. Singapore is not China 2. Singapore is an ally, not an adversary of anyone in the west 3. Technology transfer is IBM -> Chartered. AMD technology transfer is extremely minor, relative to that. 4. As far as military uses of the chips produced, AMD K8 chips can readily be bought in China, whether they are manufactured in Dresden or Singapore Joe
