Really C2? How racist of you to say so. Which people in particular are you saying are less generous and are small-hearted? Brazilians? I guess that would be true. Russians? Well, you have me on that too. Americans? Positively mean and small-hearted by comparison.

Those Mexicans sure are incredible people, unlike Japanese and Chinese too.
