Kerry's plans were very clear and precise. Next time, read or listen. johnkerry.com probably still has all the plans in detail. Learn something before you post next time. Kerry had better, smarter, more fair and honest plans on every single issue that Bush. Very sad he is not president. Everyone but Halliburton and Exxon would now be better off.
