Great question! Woody, unforunatly. but on the bright side he continues to TRY to hire people to take over the business side of the company. When they run afoul of Woody though, they are history. He does understand (i Beleive) that there are better people out there to handle the business, he just hasnt found (or hired) anyone yet that can handle the job of expanding sales. To his detriment though (IMHO) everytime some buyer says "hey if you could only make this for left handed people, we would buy a ton! We know its not physically possiblle to do that, but wow if you COULD". Woody then says" sure we can, hang those laws of physics!". Then he does it. Then they say "wow your smart" we will order 2 more for testing. Then they go away. Focus, thats what they lack. Current managment (outside Woody). Undetermined (hence my first response)
