I Believe you are seeing that influence now. If the committee's claims can be proved in a court of law, and it seems to be heading that way, then LORAL will have to prove their numbers are correct. If there is any proof that this BK was orchestrated then the law was broken. If Bernie can get away with this, then what's to stop General Motors, or General Electric from pulling a stunt like this? I'm willing to bet a lot of businesses are watching this one.
