It is widely excepted that the fledgling democracy in Iraq is not yet able to provide its own security. The Iraq government, the US Government, and other governments around the world have recognized that fact.

I have not seen a single credible source that would say otherwise. Are you claiming to be the first?

If the existing government fails then there is no other educated prediction that can be made except that some force would have to take over and assume power. Those forces are fairly well identified. If you are not familiar with them, do some reading; basically they are tribal, fascist, fundamentally religious, or a combination. The various powerful interests have expressed their intent to destroy other internal forces that would compete with them for power, either through genocidal action or civil war.

The forces that oppose the democratic government currently attempting to establish itself are also outspokenly anti-American/West in temperament and have voiced intent to take action against the US/West when and if they obtain the power to do so.

This has all become pretty much common knowledge for people that follow the issue. Seems like you are always around the discussion on this topic, so it is quite odd that you remain so clueless.
