m, have you ever considered the possible 'placebo effect'?

i do wonder if , especially in the treatment of mood 'disorder'

(is it really a mood disorder to be depressed after the death of loved ones?)

it would seem that those who are very motivated to 'get well' would do better on such medications for obvious reasons
