And I have a disclosure to make: I dumped my ALK a few weeks ago. Their luggage situation, with the Seattle baggage handlers on strike, has gotten so bad that I believe it will begin to drive away customers. Here was the last straw: my #2 daughter was coming in on a midnight arrival from Denver to Seattle to Anchorage. She arrived one and 1/4 hours late because they held them on the tarmac in Seattle, telling them they had to wait to get all the Denver luggage loaded on. Then when they arrived, no luggage. It took them another hour to tell us it wasn't there. They promised to bring it to us the next day, if we called in. The next day they weren't answering their phones, so we had to go out to the airport to get it. And they had one piece of her luggage, but it took another day to get the other one. That kind of incompetence will lose you passengers fast.
