I have no idea of the actual number because this is their fourth quarter and usually THM has some tax ramifications which effects results greatly. I cannot peg a number, however, I am expecting operating earnings up 40% over last year. One concern I have is the company does not see value here. Personally, if I were to believe the future to be bright I would announce a share buyback regardless of my cash position. It appears management isn't confident enough of their future to leverage their balance sheet and buy back shares. Such announcement would definitely be the catalyst to move this stock to valuations closer to the market multiple or even better to its growth rate. This company must be cautiously aware that it has stumbled in the past. I think the company has found a nice niche for themselves and their conservatism in focusing on a single product line should reduce their financial risks enough to consider my proposal. Next fiscal year will be a different story I believe the numbers will be easier to predict FY 1998 since all quarters will be subject to income taxes.
