I seen in WSJ but do not have reference that there is no correlation in public school system between amount of $$ spend and performance.
But in this case it is you who should provide support for the statement that more $$ spend for the state school system - better performance.
In CA they spend top $$ and are on the 48 place.
But I actually have been weaning about sorry state of school education in USA in general.
