12:32 Abby Joseph Cohen on CNBC

On CNBC, Abby Joseph Cohen says that investors are accustomed to the idea that energy will stay at these levels, saying a shock of any sort would be related to a supply disruption, but that energy prices will stay at these levels, and that the current price is related to strong demand. Thinks Equity Risk Premiums are still somewhat elevated, and will stay that way for some time to come. She believes the yield curve will be steepening (rise of 50-100bp in yields), and estimates fair value for the S&P at 1325. Thinks the overall market will do better in 2H05, saying the outlook for '06 is what will matter in 2H. Thinks durability rather than rate of expansion is important. and share prices rise 8-10% in 2H05.
