HISC - looks interesting - very speculative. I just jumped in and got some rat plan. Would like to get my initial money back asap if it jumps. Any idea how high it might go? It's new I see, and very speculative, but there seems to be a lot of accumulation right now. Maybe it will jump back to .10 cents - and we can have some free shares then.
