Which, of course, includes financial interests. I'd recommend withholding all pain meds, sedatives, paralytics to help Karl stay within his budget, and to avoid the risk of addiction. Now, that's not a bad thing. I've been trying to get a doc to let me do a spinal tap on somebody for years, in case peak oil makes things fall apart and I may have to do it in emergent field situations. Now is my time.
