I suggest you develop a Unified Theory to explain Ben Bernanke.

I believe that Ben Bernanke, like Greenspan, understands the facts perfectly well . . .

. . . but he is willing to lie about them and implement unsound policies to accomplish his own ambition and objectives, much to the detriment of the economy.

The history of his public comments cannot really support any other conclusion.

If Ben Bernanke ever becomes an inflation hawk, it will be to further his own self-interest, which will not likely coincide with the best interests of our nation.
